Carwash – May 2000

We held a carwash on May 6th, 2000 at the Burger King on Brice Road in Reynoldsburg. It was a great success for us. It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and temperatures in the 80’s. We could not have asked for a better day.

Here they are. In all their glory--the carwashing crew of Boy Scout Troop 279.--Only one not in the picture is me--Justin Sayre--the Scoutmaster.--I have been the one to take all these pictures.--Oh well, next time I will remember my tripod and take some pics with me in them as well.--Until my next update--See you all later.
Here is Dustin D. trying to sneak a drink from the hose. I guess you can get thirsty after washing 50 cars and trucks.

I wanted to thank everyone in the troop for coming out and giving us a hand. We greatly appreciate it.—Of course thanks to everyone who had their cars washed and donated all the money to help us with Summer Camp 2000.
